Chef de Cuisine Elite Profession




The moment in my life when I found true love; it was the first day that I stepped into a professional kitchen 20 some years ago. The intimacy that I have with food is precious is liberating it's freedom against oppression. Gastronomy is my joy because I get to produce beauty, I bring passion, satisfaction and nourishment to the aficionados of the culinary arts; the foodies. No doubt!
