The state of Georgia is mostly known for its peaches. Between the month of May and the end of July they cultivate the most sweets peaches you'll ever eat.
They have a diverse varieties of peaches, from Clingstone, Semi-Clingstone and Freestone Peaches. overall their about 30 varieties.
Late July I purchase 25pounds of the freestone peaches, and confected many dishes from a peach BBQ sauce, peach encroute, grilled peach salad, peach compote and many more dishes. I had some peaches leftover so, froze them simple to enjoy them later. Well last night was later; we made a dessert "peach crumb cake with white chocolate sauce" it was phenomenal sold extremely well; our guest enjoy it. By Chef Rango
