Although he already had the love and passion for the art of cooking that he recived from he's gandmother "Josefina",she tought him respect food and that the most important ingredients in a recipe is love. Chef "RANGO" after working ten++ years in restaurants he disaded to enroll in a culinary school, he attendent The Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdade. where tutor under Master Chef Klaus Friedenreich, futhermore work with celebrity chef Jean Pierre this give Chef "RANGO" the petegrid of excellency. Chef Wilfredo Rango is talented and has the leadership skill to built and aligns team as a skillful executive chef.
