If music be the food of love, let's keep on cooking. As a rock star chef the tunes of herbs and spices entertain my soul in every pinch. My grandmother gave me the passion, a French chef showed me the art and solitude brought me hospitality; know my food is a symphony that shares its beautiful sound with every dish.
I've always been inspired by the stars shown on the darkest night sky, by poe...ts, philosophers and master chefs. As I put the icing on my present life and sharpen the blade of my future, I found that I'm becoming the artist of my own life, by putting all these elements together like a chemist; and creating good food that rekindle my spirt and give comfort to my heart and mind.
