The Love, the Texture, the Aroma

The Love, the Texture, the Aroma

"The flames in a kitchen are never off, because as chef we are committed until the end of service and beyond. Producing gourmet dishes is the fire that burns the passion within my soul; the culinary longing is deepest as the pork roast comes out the oven and like a love song the aroma grows and grows; perfuming the kitchen. Destiny is a sip of that light and crisp Pinot Grigio, pairing my heart and soul in a perfect blend of life given nourishment.
Since the begin of time we have a craving, a romance for foods; anywhere in the world cultures have foods that are considered aphrodisiac. Of course food has something to do with sex.

"Keep on Cooking"

If music be the food of love, let's keep on cooking. As a rock star chef the tunes of herbs and spices entertain my soul in every pinch. My grandmother gave me the passion, a French chef showed me the art and solitude brought me hospitality; know my food is a symphony that shares its beautiful sound with every dish.

I've always been inspired by the stars shown on the darkest night sky, by poe...ts, philosophers and master chefs. As I put the icing on my present life and sharpen the blade of my future, I found that I'm becoming the artist of my own life, by putting all these elements together like a chemist; and creating good food that rekindle my spirt and give comfort to my heart and mind. Cooking is like love. You should give all of yourself or nothing at all. By Chef Wilfredo RANGO

The Love & Art of Cooking

My love for the art of cooking is rooted deep within me. Since a little boy I remember sitting in my grandmother kitchen and watch her do her thing. She was a master chef, although she never worked in a professional kitchen; she taught me to respect the ingredients and now I Share her love and passion for food. I went to culinary school and leaned classical French cuisine, also have worked twenty plus years in restaurants and hotels; but grandma, you taught me that love is the most important ingredient in a recipe. And I will keep that in my heart forever. "In loving memory of Doña Josefina" thank you,
chef Wilfredo.

Chef de Cuisine Elite Profession

The moment in my life when I found true love; it was the first day that I stepped into a professional kitchen 20 some years ago. The intimacy that I have with food is precious is liberating it's freedom against oppression. Gastronomy is my joy because I get to produce beauty, I bring passion, satisfaction and nourishment to the aficionados of the culinary arts; the foodies. No doubt! I jointed the elites, the selected few that puts artistry in a plate and flavor in your mouth the culinary of the world. By Chef Wilfredo Rango
